If you're the kind of person who wants your coffee to taste good and do good, this one's going to speak to you. This is a full, balanced cup with soft brown sugar sweetness and caramel warmth — the kind of flavor profile that feels like ease, intention, and elevation all at once.

Where It Comes From

Grown high in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda (1500m–2000m), this 100% Arabica coffee comes from farmers who don't just grow coffee — they steward legacy. The primary varietals, SL28 and SL14, thrive in this altitude and produce the clean, vibrant cup this region is known for.

These growers are part of the Busongora North Coffee Farmers' Cooperative, a farmer‑owned, farmer‑governed community of over 500 families. Every farmer is registered and assigned a unique ID, giving you full traceability back to the exact land where your coffee was grown.

How It's Crafted

After harvest, cherries are delivered to wash stations in Kajole, Kithoma, and Kaswa Parishes, where they're sorted, washed, and dried with care. Once perfectly dried, the coffee is dry‑milled in Kasese, cupped for quality, and prepared for export.

This is intentional processing from start to finish — nothing rushed, nothing wasted.

Why It Matters

This coffee isn't just a product. It's part of a long‑term vision to equip farmers with sustainable, organic agricultural practices that elevate both quality and livelihood. The goal is simple but powerful: break cycles of generational poverty through knowledge, ownership, and opportunity.

When you choose this coffee, you're supporting:

  • Sustainable, organic farming education
  • Ethical, fully traceable sourcing
  • A cooperative of 500+ families building generational stability
  • A future where farmers are self‑sustaining and forward‑thinking

This is coffee with intention. Coffee with impact. Coffee rooted in purpose.
