Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone, these Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars thrive at 1700–1900 meters in rich Nitisol soil, giving every sip its natural depth.
Each cherry is hand‑sorted and dried whole on raised beds, letting the fruit’s sweetness shine through. The result? A clean, natural profile with milk chocolate, fruity brightness, and a caramel finish that lingers just long enough to make you smile.
